The summer season seems to be fastly approaching with lots of shows, cruises and good times to be had by all. Once again this year RPI Equipped! is putting together the cruise down to Bellevue where everyone is meeting up for the Leavenworth Drive. As in past years this will be a cruise for everyone, any european cars are invited just as they are all invited to the Leavenworth drive.

For the meeting and drive down this year RPI Equipped! will be sponsoring the Canadian participants the event and supply you with some prizes and free stuff to hand out including a limited edition Leavenworth Drive/RPI Equipped! t-shirt as well as an RPI Equipped! water bottle. So to get your t-shirt and water bottle come on out to the meet before we drive down, you won’t be disappointed. If you want to rock the tshirt before the event, or can’t make it on the cruise with us, you can still pick up your own shirt for $10.00 / shirt, otherwise show up to the cruise for your free one!

For any that have not been on the Leavenworth drive before it is a “do not miss” drive of the summer. There are plenty of picture opportunities, great roads to carve and always lots of good times with friends, we never miss it. So lets get down to the details here.

Meeting place: We will be meeting as always at the Guilford parking lot in beautiful Surrey, BC. For those of you who are unfamiliar with the area Guildford Mall can be found on your GPS or google at

Time: We will be meeting up at 6:00 am and leaving the mall parking lot at 6:30am sharp. It takes approximately 3 hours to get to Bellevue so we will need all the time we can get in order to be there in time.

Date: Saturday, June 28th 2008

What to Bring:
Identification – make sure you have the proper ID to get you across the border.
FRS Radio – This isn’t a must but as most will agree is the best way to stay together and actually enjoy the drive as a group. We have some real characters around here so it can be a lot of fun going back and forth on the radio
Snacks and beverages – Make sure to bring some items if you think you’ll be thirsty or hungry on the way down or back. Once we’re in Leavenworth we usually get lunch somewhere, but until then it can be a little long in between
Any tools, repair items you may need on the drive down.
And of course bring a good attitude. This is a cruise for everyone, there will most likely be some families joining us for the drive so we have to be considerate to everyone on the way down. Yes there is room to have a little fun but anyone taking other people’s lives in their hands will be kindly asked to refrain from being on the road.
