Recently we were asked by our friends over at Capilano Audi to display our Project Lowroad in their North Vancouver dealership. We teamed up with Knolly Bikes to show potential Audi customers just how functional AND stylish the new Allroad can be.
Our Allroad project is the perfect North Shore vehicle. With enough room for 5 (4 adults comfortably) and a trunk big enough for luggage or equipment, the Audi Allroad allows you the interior space of a small SUV with the exterior size of a mid size wagon.
Wether you’re hitting up the trails with your bike or the slopes with your skis we’ve outfitted the Allroad to do either. The Thule 1200 Atlantis roof box will carry all your ski or snowboard equipment while the Thule 9003 Raceway Platform bike rack will carry your mountain bikes to the top of the trail. No need to switch your roof rack accessories back and forth, which is convenient considering our snow season overlaps our biking season.
When you’re done on the mountain and you’re heading out on the town, the Allroad still maintains it’s curb appeal as it’s lowered with the massive 20″ BBS wheels. The colour matched roof box also adds form as well as function exaggerating the style and functionality of the Allroad.
Who says you can’t have your cake and eat it too? At RPI we like to keep active and hit up the mountains but we also like to look good getting there. Form sometimes can equal function and the new Allroad proves it.
It’s hard to believe that behind the big wheels and suspension, the car is still completely factory fresh.
