The Golf R is on it’s way. Some have already taken delivery of their beasts. But, as with any Factory VW, it begs for more.

RPI Equipped has already begun shipping out H&R Suspension upgrades and LED Tails for some customers. Yes, we were just as disappointed to hear that the Golf R would NOT be factory equipped with the OEM LED tails.

We’ve also come up with the perfect wheel spacer combo for those of you who are planning to run the factory wheels for the foreseeable future. We have two spacer kits available for the Golf R on our Online Store.

Audi, the maker of sporty luxury cars, and Xbox 360, the video game and entertainment system in racing games have forged a partnership centering on the debuts of the 2010 Audi R8 5.2 FSI quattro and “Forza Motorsport 3” later this year.

The creators of Forza Motorsport 3 have worked closely with Audi engineers to model the R8 V10 to an intricate degree and featured Audi R8 5.2 FSI quattro on the cover as its “hero” car. Features such as gear ratios, tire deformation, and track telemetry are integrated throughout the entire game .The new game is also expected to feature realistic renderings of race courses that Audi has achieved in recent years, including home of the 12 Hours of Sebring and several others that will be revealed in the months leading up to the game’s Fall release.

Audi will officially announce pricing for the 2010 Audi R8 5.2 FSI quattro in the months ahead. The company said the car wouldl stand as the new model of the R8 series, which was developed jointly with quattro. Its ten-cylinder engine develops 525 hp.

Congratulations to VW Motorsport, just celebrating a big victory at the famous Ring in Germany:

The VW Scirocco GT24 won the ADAC 24h Race in his class! The car is equipped with an Audi S3 based 2L T-FSI engine, tuned to 325 hp! Best thing about that: All 3 Scirocco’s participating using an APR high pressure fuel pump and a set of APR´s High Flow injectors to reach this high output (Stock k04 setup, no other internal mods, stock DSG). All Parts delivered by APR´s German Distributor >> MFT.

Before the big show at the ring this weekend, the APR high pressure fuel pump was tested intensive by VWM with not a single issue on the engine Dyno reams of hours. There is no better way to prove the quality and endurance of APR’s products than to be proved by VWM and winning the 24h! The Scirocco (and drivers of course) had shown best performance, maximum output and a high overall ranking (11/17/30) behind the big Porsches. Congratulations!
