Thanks for your response. I received my order today and I just wanted to let you know how happy I am with my purchase. Of course I don’t have the springs installed yet, but I have the same springs installed on my other 318ti, so I already know that the conservative drop will make the car handle awesome and look great.

I order alot of car parts online, and it is so refreshing to find a Canadian company to order from. I am tired of paying duties, high shipping costs, and ridiculous UPS surcharges upon delivery. FedEx dropped the package at the back door when I was not home, which was awesome, didn’t have to wait another day or go and pick it up somewhere.

Then to top it all off, I opened the package and found a kick-ass mouse pad with an M3 GT3 on it. Not a huge ticket item or anything, but just a nice added touch that other companies I order from don’t care to do.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with my first experience with Essex. I will definitely be back, maybe as early as the spring, needing new suspension/springs on my ’01 740i.

Hi RPI

Just wanted to drop you a quick note to say thanks for getting me set up again with the APR upgrade for my GTI. It had been a while since it got wiped out by my dealer and I think I got use to the stock engine tuning. Since friday I have been once again amazed at what a difference it makes and have been enjoying my GTI like it is a brand new car.
